Although Beatrice was really nice, the first day that I arrived to the room it was not properly clean. A lot of things where broken in the apartment. The landlord was really nice, trying to call people to fix eat but the problem was that it was too much: the oven nor the blender worked and the terrace was not clean. I think the problem is she administered many apartment and many people rent the room in one year so it is difficult to keep track or "who broke what or did not clean the apartment"
really nice room, comfortable bed, large window and all the furniture. The whole house has new furniture, both the kitchen and the bathroom are spacious and have all the useful items. The Landlord, Beatrice, is a kind person! I felt very very well during my stay in the house.

I enjoyed my time in this cute apartment. Béatrice was very kind and helpful.
